Single row deep groove ball bearings with ball loading gaps have a ball loading gap on the inner and outer rings to accommodate more steel balls than standard deep groove ball bearings.
The radial load-carrying capacity of bearings with ball-loading gaps is greater than that of bearings without ball-loading gaps, but their axial load-carrying capacity is limited. They also cannot achieve the high speeds of bearings without ball-mounting gaps.
Deep groove ball bearings with ball filling gaps are available in two designs: open or with a dust cover on one or both sides. Additionally, they are available with or without stop grooves. Open bearings can also be equipped with dust covers with stop grooves on the outer ring.
Large-size deep groove ball bearings without cage can be supplied with ball filling gaps if required.
