Two-way thrust bearings use the same race and ball-cage assembly as one-way thrust bearings.

Can withstand bidirectional axial load and can perform bidirectional axial positioning

The separate components of thrust ball bearings are interchangeable. This facilitates installation, disassembly and maintenance inspection.

initial misalignment

Bearings with spherical races accommodate initial misalignment.

interference fit

The shaft collar has ground holes to achieve an interference fit. The seat ring hole is turned and is always larger than the shaft ring hole.
